Our in-house design team creates detailed tech packs and design mockups based on your brief. If you already have design files, we review and refine them. Once the design is confirmed, we prepare a comprehensive quotation with per-unit pricing, lead times, and payment terms.
Before bulk production begins, we manufacture a physical pre-production sample using the exact materials, colors, and specifications from your approved tech pack. The sample is shipped to you for review and approval. We revise freely until you're 100% satisfied.
Once you approve the sample and place your order with a deposit, full-scale production begins. Our factory operates multiple dedicated production lines for sportswear, boxing gloves, and motorbike jackets u2014 ensuring efficient throughput without compromising on quality.
Every batch undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality inspection before it is packed. Our dedicated QC team checks each unit against the approved sample u2014 verifying measurements, stitching integrity, print quality, color accuracy, and finishing details.
After QC approval, your order is carefully packed using your custom packaging, hang tags, and polybags. We handle all export documentation and coordinate shipment via your preferred method u2014 sea freight, air freight, or express courier u2014 with tracking updates throughout.

If the bulk production deviates from the approved sample in a material way, we will rework or replace the affected units at no additional cost. Our QC process is designed to catch issues before shipment, not after.
